All TV units are delivered under Open Box Delivery (OBD), and customers must inspect the product at delivery; once accepted, it is considered delivered in good condition. Any physical damage must be reported immediately during delivery and the product should be rejected on the spot, as no transit damage claims will be accepted after delivery. Returns or replacements are allowed only for manufacturing defects within 7 days, DOA units, or functional issues not caused by external damage; cases like post-delivery damage, improper usage, or power-related issues are not eligible. Software issues are not eligible for return and will be handled through updates or authorized service support. Installation will be arranged by the brand or partner, and the product comes with a *4-year warranty including lightning protection*, as per manufacturer terms. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch or delivery, but cancellation is allowed before dispatch at CJ Smart’s discretion. Customers must provide valid delivery details, and CJ Smart reserves the right to approve or reject returns. Open Box Delivery is mandatory—do not share OTP without checking the product.
